Tennis Practice

It has been two weeks now since my younger brother started his training in tennis.  I would say this sport is not easy.   The whole body should work to coordinate with the brain to move and get the ball where ever it goes.  The number one problem beginners experience in this sport is how to properly smash the ball that it would go where you wanted it to go.   Wrist and shoulder pain is present after weeks of adjustment to the sports.  My younger brother has been complaining lately about his wrist that is in chronic pain.  But sometimes shoulder pain also occurs executing his smash properly.
