Neck Injury
In Martial arts
world training, injury is really common in
the gym. But preparing the body before engaging
in heavy physical activity is very good. Stretching has been imposed in any martial
arts. I think in all arts stretching has
been used as warm up for the whole body.
Some prefer to run, then stretching after few rounds. After warm up it is time to review same moves
and techniques. In taekwondo review kicks and in Aikido basic moves that relates
to techniques. I have a friend who
suffers shoulder injury from executing extreme techniques. Neck pain or neck injury is very common in any
martial arts like rolling or drop move in Aikido, if you are not taught
properly accidents will occur. This is why
practice makes it perfect in any art.

Motorcycle
Driving a motorcycle is not that easy, compare two
cars. I never imagine that it was more
difficult driving a motorcycle than riding cars. Even though there are benefits in motorcycle
it is much safer in the car. Arm and shoulder pain are very common in driving a motorcycle especially long distance. After a long drive I usually experience some
muscle exhaustion and sweating. I also
feel a slight numbness in my arms. Compared
to car it is much comfortable and you can relax driving one. But on the other hand,
if you're stuck in the traffic it is best to be in the motorcycle where you can
drive to small spaces.

Hip Pain or Leg cramps?
It's been months already when my wife has a pain problem in
her lower part of the body. It is hard
for her to sit longer than an hour. We
have been so puzzled what is the reason of her leg cramps and hip pain. The hip pain gives her a hard time standing
up because of the pain. We have to get
a massage therapist to reduce the pain she has been experiencing, because of
this she is having some problem to move around.
After a good massage the usually disappear for two to three days. Then the pain will start to return
again. I've been thinking that improper
blood circulation is the reason for cramps. The pain cause to lie down than sitting. We have been planning to walk around to
strengthen her back.

Back to School
The class had resume last Monday. All students are so excited about their first
day of class. Excited to see their
classmate and friends to tell the story of what they been doing last summer. Some students are excited to use their new
school supplies. This is the reason
that traffic last Monday is so heavy. Schools
will soon issue many books to every student that will result shoulder pain and
back pain in young kids. Carrying a
heavy backpack is not good for students as Department of Health been
saying. But to student they have no
choice but to carry heavy bag to bring all the books that was required to them
by the school.
