Injury is very common in taekwondo athlete as we all know it is a physical sport.  My younger brother experiences it in his last tournament when the knee of his opponents clashes with his knee.  Even though knee pain is there the game must go on until the end of the match.

In Christian countries like the Philippines, is observing the Lenten season avidly. Most people do prefer to spend time with their families at home to pray and reflect. There are some people who would take advantage  the long holidays in a nice and relaxing vacation travel.  Prior to the holiday break, people are thinking how do they spend time their break.  

As what I have observed, traditional folks  would never allow their kids to go out and play around during Holy Thursday and Holy Friday.  As what they believe hat if you get wounded it will take for a while to heal.  There is some as tradition, will not take a bath, clean the house and even the washing of clothes during Holy Friday. 

As beliefs and traditions, many Filipinos are still taking those traditions even part of their modern practice.  The traditional practices which people are being influenced with were being handed to us by those who colonizes the country like the Spanish people.

 There are some would love to adopt the modern rather than taking the traditional ways.  The more they would prefer to go to places that they can unwind like in Boracay or any beautiful beach.   Boracay beach in Aklan has been one of the famous not just in the Philippines but also in the whole world.

Cleaning Air-condition Room

It is ideal for a room to have air condition or heater.  One of the problems we face in our bedroom is dust and germs as air rotates back and forth.   This is the reason it is important to use vacuum and clean bedroom at least once or twice a week.   Vacuum machine is very useful in removing those  dust and small particles that could be harmful to health and skin.   It could also be useful in reaching the edge of the room and could help you make sure that the floor or carpet is totally clean.  This could also make the cleaning activity more easily.   Dust it the room could trigger allergy like sinusitis.  Allergy is dangerous if not, it should be treated immediately can weaken the immune system.

In planning to construct a new house kitchen is the number place that needs to be taken care off.  Choosing design and quality of the sink should be planned.    Sizes also need to be considered in buying a kitchen sink as big family need bigger space.    This is what fun in home renovation or construction you get a change to buy what you like.  You also need to hire the right person to install all your plumbing works.

House Pipe Installation

When we install pipes from second floor to ground floor in the kitchen, we had to locate the pipes underground connecting the septic to drainage.     We have mistakenly puncture the pipe from the comfort room to septic tank.  Lucky for us we able to repair the pipe.  Plumbing work is not that easy.
