Thanks Giving

We have been preparing for our thanksgiving this November 30 as we celebrate thanksgiving we also celebrate the birthday of our Pastor.  It is nice to celebrate and give thanks to the Lord always.

Longing for Massage

It's been a month since I have been longing for a good massage.  I never really experience the best body massage. The reason I can't really determined what is best and good in massage category.   A regular person here in the Philippines never really to massage.  They only have hilot if they had a muscle sprain, frozen muscles or bone dislocation.   But people in new generation start adopting the habit of going for massage to remove stress.  The call center agent has been the number one customer in massage therapist place as we all know it is stressful working as a call center.  I am surely longing for good massage because I have been quite busy lately because of work and obligation.

Furious 7

Talking about car racing fans around the world of this sport is surely excited for this movie Fast and Furious 7.  I am still intrigued how they finish the movie without Paul Walker? But the movie becomes more exciting as Jason Statham is the number one villain in the movie.

Missing Taekwondo

Taekwondo has been one of my favorite sport and martial arts since I was in college.  I really miss practicing this sport, kicking some kick pad and sweating plenty to improve body performance.  It's been two years already since the last time I have practiced Taekwondo.  I don't know if I could still kick the same as I can kick that year since I never had training since then.  In my mind, I can still see myself doing all those moves, but my body there has been a limitation already.  As every martial artist know that if we stop practicing our body looses its flexibility and endurance.  But still I have hope that I could practice someday using my Taekwondo uniform.  I love this sport and I would cherish it forever.  

Avengers: Age of Ultron

As fans of the Avengers I am definitely so excited for this movie that will be shown next year May 1, 2015.

Neck pain or stiff neck?

I have been wondering around for almost a week now what is the reason of my neck pain?  I have been suffering from shoulder pain, maybe because of stress, work or muscle strain from driving a motorcycle.  I only used muscle pain ointment to reduce or relax my muscles at the shoulder and neck.  I have discovered that rest and sleeping can help our body reduce the pain in any part of our body.  It could trigger our body to recover from the injury too.   I have been wondering too why I have experienced a stiff neck when I only suffer from shoulder pain.  I can't turn my head from left to right easily because of the neck pain.
