In the Philippines, the whole month of July is celebrated as Nutrition Month in awareness to the Filipinos for the importance of nutrition . Eating nutritious food help reduces the risk of obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and other health risk diseases which causes a person to death. Living healthy by eating nutritious food is properly introduce especially to students to educate them at early age.
Yesterday, most schools in our town celebrated the last day of the Nutrition month by having some school programs. In my brother's school, they presented a song number with a little bit of dancing and drama in relation to the importance of proper nutrition.
