Mother Knee Problem


My mother is 61 years old and having some problem going up and down on the stairs.  As we get old our bone become weaker.  The reason we really need some supplements for our body and bones.   Healthy eating  habit is needed too.   There are sports accessories too, that could be helpful like knee support.  The best advice is to prevent the old folks going up and down the stairs to stop knee pain.
