Many people suffer from neck pain during the morning. The number one reason is the position when
sleeping. Many beds today don't really cater our body,
it is hard to find the perfect sleeping position. As we all know there is no such thing a
perfect sleeping position. My mother usually always complains the pain in
her neck every morning. We have been
wondering what is the reason for this pain.
Is it the pillow or the bed? Soft
pillow and bed would be nice and suitable for relaxation, but sometimes not
good for the back. When we are young we don't usually experience
pain what ever position we make in sleeping and sitting. But as
we get old pain become part of our life. As we all know nothing permanent in this
world.
