My mother is 61 years old and having some problem going up
and down on the stairs. As we get old
our bone become weaker. The reason we
really need some supplements for our body and bones. Healthy eating habit is needed too. There are sports accessories too, that could
be helpful like knee support. The best
advice is to prevent the old folks going up and down the stairs to stop knee pain.

Taekwondo Injury
Injury is very common in taekwondo athlete as we all know it
is a physical sport. My younger brother
experiences it in his last tournament when the knee of his opponents clashes
with his knee. Even though knee pain is
there the game must go on until the end of the match.
