Today, hubby and Paolo went to Ayala Mall to witness the fun of Cosplay event. This is the first time they experience watching the cosplay. They only saw such event in the picture posted from our friends. Here are some of the pictures they took.

Merry Christmas

Preparing for noche buena for our Christmas family gathering is quite tiring but our happiness makes all so perfect. Thank God for giving us another year to celebrate Christmas in our house with abundant blessings and good health all through the year.

Christmas Season

Christmas season is fast approaching and people are busy buying Christmas decorations and presents for their love ones. In our house, I decided to buy early to avoid rush and I wanted to feel the Christmas season as early as this moment. I have taken some of the pictures of my decors.

My Birthday Celebration 2010

My Uncle’s private Golf Course

Are you fond of playing or watching outdoor sports? What particular sports you are in up to? Most people are fond of these popular ball sports like basketball, baseball, football, soccer, tennis, golf and etc. A person who used to get involved to any physical sports will never get tired when they get old. Living with a healthy and active lifestyle is very important factor to maintain a good and healthy body.

My uncle is much known of his achievements being a good man and popular lawyer in our town. He is a busy lawyer and usually spent most of his time in the office dealing and resolving legal problems of his clients. He never thought of being a busy man has a less of time to relax, time for his family and even time to exercise. On the peak of his career, he realized that the lifestyle he has been through was unhealthy. He needs to change and balance the wheel of life before it is too late.

My Uncle’s family owned a small private golf course with a little playground. Just recently he asked his colleagues to set time to play with him after work. He makes sure to have at least time to relax while doing a little of exercise. Playing golf is a way he thinks the best for him.

Tiger Woods is one of his favorite players in Golf and some how inspires him to play. My Uncle’s eldest son is very fond of gold and he used to play with him everyday. As a way of saying thanks to his father, my cousin wanted to surprise father on his birthday. He wanted his dad’s friends be there to celebrate and do some golf tournament for fun. As a preparation, he then decorates the golf course by putting some golf course signs that could add beauty to the site. Golf course signage is not just making the place beautiful but a great help to players who are not familiar with the game yet.

My cousin Bimbo got the idea of putting some golf course sign at their private golf course after watching the match in PGA tour where Tiger Woods played. Making a simple thing makes his father becomes happy on his birthday party.

Today is our sister's birthday who is currently living thousands of miles away from us. My other sister and I came out an idea to bake her a cake as our present and send her the pictures through internet. Here is the picture of our birthday cake.

My Sister's 9th year of Wedding Anniversary

Today, we are very happy for my sister and her hubby as they reach 9th year of their marriage. As part of their thanksgiving, the whole family went out for a dinner and together we celebrate their happiness.

A simple dinner is a simple gratitude that they could share for us on this special day. Thank God for the love that binds them on their marriage and gave them 2 handsome kids.

Interesting Career

My cousin is a hard working employee of American Airline for more than 7 years now as a flight stewardess. She doesn’t have vacation during holidays even during Christmas Season or Summer Season. During those seasons, the more she becomes busy for more flight schedules were given to her. Every time she is on call for a flight schedule; the company provided her a hotel for the night to stay in with at the destination place.

Being a flight stewardess, she is really a busy career woman. What makes her really interested on choosing this kind of career is that, she has the opportunity to travel anywhere around the globe. Aside from the high salary rate received; she also had given with many good benefits. Every end of the busy season, their company gave them time to relax and have their long day off.

Last week, my cousin called up and set a night out to with her to watch for a concert this August because she was given by her co-worker extra tickets for 1st Mariner Arena tickets, Merriweather Post Pavilion tickets and Comerica Park tickets. She will celebrate her birthday next week and as part of her birthday she was given tickets as present by her best-friend.

After or before the peak travel season, my cousin and co-workers are usually schedule to hanged-out together to unwind. This time they choose to watch for the Black Eyed Peas concert on the 10th of August, 2010 for the 1st Mariner arena tickets they all have. And for the Merriweaather Post Pavilion tickets and Comerica Park tickets, they were still undecided what to watch for depending on their schedules.

My cousin has the best career ever should most woman is dreaming of. Even I myself would like to become part of the airplane crew because of the good benefits, well-paid and traveling opportunity. For me traveling is an opportunity to see how wonderful the world is. This is really what makes beautiful on working an international Airline Company.

Coca-Cola’s 2009 HALIKA in Cagayan de Oro City

Early this morning, we attended an event sponsored by Coca-Cola Philippines called “HALIKA” at Limketkai Parking lot, Cagayan de Oro City. The concept of the event is to encourage everyone to live for a healthy and active lifestyle. This caravan campaign is helping people in need by every calories burned during their workouts is matched one peso by the sponsor Coca-Cola and donated to their beneficiaries.

The Coca-Cola’s 2009 HALIKA travels around the Philippines bringing their advocacy from all walks of life to live a healthy and active individual. The Caravan campaign will visit five cities including San Fernando, La Union; Cebu City, Bacolod, Negros Occidental; Cagayan de Oro City and Metro Manila. The caravan has started its 5-months journey last August 15, 2009.
