Life in Philippines

Life in the Philippines I would say is not easy.  Even if you are in the middle class people getting your own house is not that easy.  Low cost housing today worth million above if you want some two bedroom house.  Pag-ibig loan is not easy too, so many requirements for Income tax to source of income.  It would be easy, if you have worked regularly for any company, but for other people who work in many BPO companies it is hard.  If you are earning 12k to 14k per month in any BPO company it is not enough to have your own house.  Tax, fare expenses and food expense make the salary smaller.  If this is harder for the middle class it would be much harder for lower class people.  You would be lucky if your mother or father has a house and lot already that you don't need to worry about the place to stay.   But for people that is dreaming to have their own house here in the Philippines. I would say it is not easy. 

Kitchen Problem

We have been thinking it over and over again about our problem in our kitchen.  It is really hard to deal with a housed problem when you know you have no budget for the repair of something you want to be fixed.   We still thinking about who we should hire to fix the plumbing problem too.  We had a bad experience before when we pursue the project without an exact budget the result is more pending jobs on hold.  It is not good too, that the pending task would be continued by others this is based on my experience. 

Tiles Grout problem

The number one we face in our tiles is when grout start deteriorating.  Now I understand why my friend prefers not to put spaces between tiles in his floor.  In due time grout can easily remove through time.  Chairs can be the number one reason why grout become weak, leaving spaces between tiles.  In a situation like this we have no choice but to regrout the tiles to make it look good again.   But in my friend's house he doesn't have to worry about it because no grout can be seen in his floor.  I would follow my friend style next time when planning to have a tile floor.

Thanks Giving

We have been preparing for our thanksgiving this November 30 as we celebrate thanksgiving we also celebrate the birthday of our Pastor.  It is nice to celebrate and give thanks to the Lord always.

Longing for Massage

It's been a month since I have been longing for a good massage.  I never really experience the best body massage. The reason I can't really determined what is best and good in massage category.   A regular person here in the Philippines never really to massage.  They only have hilot if they had a muscle sprain, frozen muscles or bone dislocation.   But people in new generation start adopting the habit of going for massage to remove stress.  The call center agent has been the number one customer in massage therapist place as we all know it is stressful working as a call center.  I am surely longing for good massage because I have been quite busy lately because of work and obligation.

Furious 7

Talking about car racing fans around the world of this sport is surely excited for this movie Fast and Furious 7.  I am still intrigued how they finish the movie without Paul Walker? But the movie becomes more exciting as Jason Statham is the number one villain in the movie.
